Enquiries. Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to us by email. We use the details you provide to reply to your enquiry. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Customers. If you use our services, we use your details to provide support, keep service records and handle billing. Our lawful basis is the performance of our contract with you, and our legal obligations, for example keeping financial records.
We do not send marketing emails, and we do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, normally no longer than two years. Customer and billing records are kept for as long as you are a customer and then for up to six years, as required for tax and accounting purposes.

Server logs. Like most websites, our web server automatically records technical information about each visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use these logs only to keep the website secure and working properly, do not use them to identify you, and do not link them to information you send us.
Contact form spam checks. When you send the contact form, your browser first solves a small puzzle issued by this website (no third party is involved and no cookie is set), and our server keeps a one-way hash of your IP address for 10 minutes so it can limit how many messages one connection sends. The hash cannot be turned back into your address and is not linked to your message.
Your Rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format.
